How far do I need to place an order in advance?
- For wedding cakes and wedding orders we prefer a minimum of 4-6 weeks lead time. You can book out as far as 1 year in advance. We suggest reserving your date with us as soon as you can.
- For cupcakes, cakesickles, custom cakes and custom cookie platters- we require a minimum of 10 days advance booking.
- For Donuts, pastries and other shop sweets we require a minimum of 3 days in advance.
If your plans fall through with other bakeries. We have been known to help out in a pinch, emergency when other bakeries cancel your service. Check with us to see if we can recuse the dy.
Do you offer products for people with allergies and dietary preferences?
Yes we do. We offer many Vegan and Gluten Free options for our products. We do our best to avoid cross contamination. Many of our products are nut free. We do have wheat and different types of flours, mixes, soy, nuts, milk, eggs, cheeses and other allergens in our bakery. You agree to notify your guest and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. We allow changes to be made to your custom orders, when the changes are made at a minimum of 7 days in advance of the pickup or delivery date. We need a minimum of 3 days’ notice for shop items ordered. Once an order is placed on the baking schedule. There can be cancellations. Depending on the notice given, we may choose to give you store credit for your next purchase, but no refunds will be given.
Does Daisy Cakes Bakery deliver?
Yes, we do. In fact, we suggest that we make the deliveries for wedding cakes especially. Wedding cakes are typically delivered in our Cake safe which provides a secure environment during transportation. Our delivery fee is minimum $55 within 10 miles of our shop. We require a minimum of a $200 order to be delivered.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and touchless payment options and online ordering. We also take PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you require deposits or payments upfront on orders?
- Weddings- there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required at the time you place the order. The balance must be paid a minimum of 5 days in advance of the pickup or delivery date.
- Custom cakes and other custom items- We require full payment at the time of ordering
- Donuts, Pastries and other shop sweets. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit when the order is placed. Balance to paid at pick up or delivery.
